Join us on January 21 when the new President of the Pennsylvania and Delaware Compensation Rating Bureaus, Bill Taylor, will discuss several emerging issues related to workers' compensation in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Taylor joined the PCRB/DCRB in 2015. He succeeds the retiring Mr. Timothy L. Wisecarver, previous President for over 25 years.

Mr. Taylor’s 35 year career in the Property and Casualty Industry has focused on business development, underwriting, operations and IT. Most recently, for the past seven years, he was Vice President of the New York Compensation Insurance Rating Board (NYCIRB) where he oversaw the Underwriting and Field Services departments.

Mr. Taylor is on the Board of Directors of the Workers Compensation Insurance Organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of the Insurance Data Management Association.
